The prop firm trading bot that is easy to set up

PIPVEX is built for prop firm challenges and funded accounts. Set it up once, and it trades your account automatically while staying well inside the rules your firm judges you on.

What is a prop firm trading bot?

A prop firm trading bot is software that trades a prop firm challenge or funded account for you, automatically. On MetaTrader these bots are called Expert Advisors, or EAs. The best ones are built around the firm's rules: they keep the account inside its daily and overall loss limits, use a stop loss on every trade and stay out of the market during big news.

PIPVEX is an Expert Advisor for MetaTrader 5 built exactly that way. Add it to MetaTrader 5, enter your username, choose your settings or a ready-made setfile, and it takes care of the trading from there, with drawdown protection built in from the first trade.

Questions

Can I use PIPVEX on a prop firm account?

Yes. PIPVEX runs on any prop firm account that offers MetaTrader 5 and allows Expert Advisors, for challenges and funded accounts alike. Its drawdown protection is built around the common 5% daily and 10% overall limits.

Does PIPVEX use martingale or grid trading?

No grid and no martingale averaging. PIPVEX never adds to a losing position and never opens a second trade in the same direction on a symbol. With the default settings every trade is sized from your chosen risk per trade and has its stop loss from the moment it opens.

What happens if the account has a bad day?

If the account is down 3% on the day, PIPVEX closes its trades and takes the rest of the day off, well before a typical 5% daily limit, then starts fresh the next day.

Does PIPVEX trade during news releases?

No. PIPVEX sees high-impact news coming in MetaTrader 5's economic calendar and stays out of new trades from 5 minutes before to 5 minutes after each release.
