Drawdown protection that looks after your account

Every edition of PIPVEX comes with drawdown protection built in. There is nothing to switch on and nothing to set up: from the very first trade, it keeps your account well inside the limits prop firms commonly use.

3% daily · 7% overall · 9% stop

Three simple limits

Prop firms commonly allow a 5% loss in a day and 10% overall. PIPVEX steps in well before either:

PIPVEX's built-in drawdown limits and what each does
If the account is downPIPVEX
3% on the dayCloses its trades and takes the rest of the day off, then starts fresh tomorrow
7% overallStays out of the market until the account recovers
9% overallStops trading the account for good

These limits are part of PIPVEX itself, so no setting or setfile can accidentally turn them off.

Your gains are protected too

PIPVEX measures from your account's highest point as well as from your starting balance. As your account grows, the protection moves up with it, so a good run is looked after as carefully as your original balance.

Every trade is checked first

Before PIPVEX places a trade, it checks that the trade fits comfortably inside these limits, together with any trades already open. If it would not, PIPVEX makes the trade smaller or skips it. Every trade also comes with its own stop loss by default.

Around the clock, and private

Match your prop firm in a few clicks

The built-in limits work straight away. If you like, you can also enter your account size and your firm's own limits in PIPVEX's settings so it stops even sooner. Pro and Expert add funded mode, where you enter your firm's overall limit, your profit target and the minimum number of trading days, and PIPVEX takes care of the rest.

Performance is variable and depends on individual configuration and market conditions. Risk controls reduce but do not eliminate the risk of loss, and trades are closed at market prices. This is not financial advice. All trading involves risk and you may lose some or all of your capital. Users are responsible for ensuring their configuration complies with their prop firm's terms of service.
